Solumiks Entostal Syrup is an efficacious anti-diarrhoeal and anti-dysenteric Ayurvedic preparation. Kutaja (Holarrhena antidysenterica), Daruharidra (Berberis aristata) and Musta (Cyperus rotundus) in Entostal are proven anti-diarrhoeals and control excessive fluid loss due to their astringent effect. Daruharidra (Berberis aristata), Shunthi (Zingiber officinale), Shyonaka (Oroxylum indicum) and Dadima twak (Punica granatum) are established anti-amoebic agents. Mocharasa (Bombax malabaricum) and Bilva (Aegle marmelos) are efficacious intestinal anti-diarrhoeals and they also relieve acute abdominal pain. Rasaparpati, normalizes gastrointestinal functions and is useful in chronic diarrhoea and dysentery.
Each 5 ml contains extract derived from:
- Kutaja (Holarrhena antidysenterica) 125 mg
- Shyonaka (Oroxylum indicum) 125 mg
- Daruharidra (Berberis aristata) 125 mg
- Bilva (Aegle marmelos) 50 mg
- Musta (Cyperus rotundus) 50 mg
- Vidanga (Embelia ribes) 25 mg
- Dadima twak (Punica granatum) 25 mg
- Shunthi (Zingiber officinale) 25 mg
- Mocharasa (Bombax malabaricum) 12.5 mg
- Infants: 2.5 ml thrice daily.
