Dhootapapeshwar Pittashekhar Rasa is beneficial
in conditions developed due to vitiated Pitta such as Amlapitta (hyperacidity)
and related symptoms like heartburn, nausea /vomiting, pain in the abdomen,
headache, giddiness, loss of appetite, hiccup, flatulence, etc.
Dhootapapeshwar Pittashekhar Rasa is prepared from the combination
of Sootashekhar Rasa (Suvarnayukta), Bilva maja, Aragvadha, Kalmegh, Shankha
Bhasma, Shouktik Bhasma, Kapardika Bhasma, Avipattikar Choorna, Tamalaki and
Bhrungaraj.
Sootashekhar
Rasa acts as Pitta Pachan, helps digest the vitiated Pitta and eliminate
it from the system.
Bilva
maja acts as appetite enhancer and digestive.
Aragvadha
and Kalmegh are the liver stimulants.
Shankha Bhasma is digestive and has carminative properties.
Shouktik Bhasma acts as a Pitta pacifier and acts as anti-flatulent.
Kapardika Bhasma acts as an antispasmodic by relieving.
Avipattikar
Choorna is a laxative specially incorporated to expel out vitiated Pitta.
Tamalaki
and Bhrungaraj are the digestives and liver stimulants.

Sootashekhar Rasa 10 mg, Shankha Bhasma 20 mg, Shouktik Bhasma 20 mg. Kapardika Bhasma 20 mg, Avipattikar Choorna 100 mg and Bilva Choorna fruit pulp 20 mg, Aragvadha fruit pulp 20 mg, Kalmegh whole plant 20 mg, processed in Tamalaki whole plant Kwath q.s., Bhrungaraja whole plant swaras
1 to 2 tablets once or twice a day or as directed by the physician, preferably consume with Cow's milk, Amla Murabba or Lukewarm water.
