1 - 2 tablets taken twice a day. The more severe the problem the more tablets to take, though if blood sugar starts to lower cut the dose in half. They can be taken before or after food and is traditionally taken with a small amount of warm milk.
Common product combination: 1 - 2 tablets of Manasamitra Gulika is used along with 1 - 2 tsp. of Brahmi Ghritham, 1 - 2 tsp. of Saraswata Ghritam and 2 - 4 tsp. of Ashwagandharishtam to support the healing of psychiatric disorders.
