Ashvagandha Pak is a generic Ayurved formulation which is beneficial from children to elderly people for the maintenance of physical and mental strength. This Kalpa helps to nourish body constituents. It provides nourishment especially to the Mansa Dhatu (muscle tissue) and improves strength.
